PE 1085 - WEIGHT TRAINING

Demonstration of proper weight training techniques. Helps students understand basic concepts related to weight training, in order to gain strength, improve muscle tone, and start or continue a healthy lifestyle. Repeatable for credit. Pass/Fail only. Semester(s) Traditionally Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer
