MGT 3700 - OPERATIONS MGMT

This course covers concepts and tools related to managing a business operation. Topics include operations strategy, process management, lean systems, quality management, supply chain management, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Prerequisite/Restriction: STAT 2000, STAT 2300 or STAT 3000 Admission to a USU major Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
