This course provides a foundational perspective to systematically analyze health topics. Students use the socio-ecological approach to comprehensively interpret the social determinants of health and summarize their meaning in the context of public and global health promotion efforts. Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Master of Public Health program or instructor permission
