MGT 3250 - MANAGING HUMAN CAPITAL

This course examines the importance of human capital in organizational decision making. It considers how to effectively plan, evaluate, and manage a workforce, and how to manage individuals using evidence-based techniques. Prerequisite/Restriction: Admission to a USU major Cumulative GPA of 2.67 or higher Completion of at least 40 credits

This course will be a blended mix of in class participation and online content.
