MGT 3700 - OPERATIONS MGMT

This course covers concepts and tools related to managing a business operation. Topics include operations strategy, process management, lean systems, quality management, supply chain management, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Prerequisite/Restriction: STAT 2000 or STAT 2300 or STAT 3000; admittance to a USU major, cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher, completion of at least 40 credits. Semester(s) Traditionally Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer
