MGT 3810 - EMPLOYMENT LAW (DSS)

In this course, students examine laws related to employment, labor relations, civil rights, compensation, safety, health, and retirement. The course also provides experience in drafting and reviewing human resource policies in a business setting. Prerequisite/Restriction: Admittance to a USU major; cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher; and completion of at least 40 credits. Semester(s) Traditionally Offered: Fall, Spring
