This course provides an introduction to the language of hospitality and tourism management, describes how to identify, understand and segment target audiences, and discusses the role of customer relationship management in hospitality and tourism management. Prerequisite/Restriction: Admittance to a USU major Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Completion of at least 40 credits
