This course provides a foundation for managing revenues and costs in the hospitality and tourism industry. Students learn how to analyze financial statements in the industry and how to effectively use them in strategic/tactical decision-making. Strategies for optimizing sustainable profitability are explored. Prerequisite/Restriction: Admittance to a USU major Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Completion of at least 40 credits
