This course focuses on the development and management of strategic accounts. Emphasis paid to understanding and practicing all phases of the key account process including prospecting, contacting, qualifying, proposal presentation and closing. Prerequisite: Grade of B- (2.67) or better in MSLE 3500 Admission to a USU major Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Completion of at least 40 credits
