Students learn marketplace economics from both the consumer and producer/business perspectives. They study the development and application of microeconomic principles to demonstrate the role and limitations of competitive markets in motivating socially-efficient consumer, business, and public sector choices. Prerequisite/Restriction: ECN 1500 or APEC 1600 (may be taken concurrently)
