This course examines concepts and tools used to identify, diagnose, and correct quality problems in manufacturing and service processes. Topics include the PDCA cycle, root cause analysis, statistical quality control, design of experiments, and quality systems. Prerequisite/Restriction: MGT 3700 with a grade of B- or better
