This course examines the application of continuous improvement concepts, systems, and techniques throughout the organization. Topics include continuous flow, scientific thinking and the continuous improvement cycle, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, mistake proofing, and creative problem-solving. Additional coursework is required for those enrolled in the graduate-level course. Prerequisite/Restriction: MGT 3700 with a grade of B- (2.67) or better Admission to a USU major Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Completion of at least 90 credits (Prerequisites do not apply to students taking MGT 6730) Cross-listed as: MGT 6730
